Supervision

Clinical supervision is a key part of professional development, self-care and sustaining a sense of satisfaction in our work as an early career, or experienced clinician.

Julia is a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor.

If you would like to discuss your supervision needs please get in touch.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based psychological therapy that is found to be helpful for treatment of PTSD, as well as other anxiety and mood disorders. In EMDR therapy, you will go through an assessment, and preparation steps before working on processing traumatic memories. Eye movements, or other forms of bilateral stimulation help the brain process aspects of traumatic memory into more adaptive forms. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss whether EMDR may be the right therapy for you.
